Job summary

One Medical is seeking an Advanced Practitioner in Tempe, AZ to manage patient panels across acute, chronic, and preventive care. You will treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via occasional tele-health visits, collaborating with in-office and virtual teams.

Ongoing learning occurs through Clinical Rounds and other modalities, with opportunities for in-office procedures. Required are graduation from an accredited NP or PA program with national certification and an Arizona license by

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care, OR 1 year in outpatient primary care + 1 year in fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.
• State licensed in Arizona, obtained by your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Continual learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, and with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilization of your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.

What you’ll be working on:

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
• State licensed in Arizona, obtained by your One Medical start date

This is a full- time role based in Tempe, Arizona.
