Job summary

One Medical is seeking a licensed NP or PA to join our Phoenix-based primary care team. You will manage a patient panel with a range of needs, providing in-office, testing center, and tele-health encounters. Regular Clinical Rounds and cross-team collaboration support high-quality care.

You will continue professional development through various modalities and may perform in-office procedures. Arizona licensure is required by start date, with potential expansion to other states as needed.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years outpatient primary care, OR 1 year outpatient with a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year urgent care.
• State licensed in Arizona by your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting tele-health visits
• Weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

What you’ll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits

• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
• State licensed in Arizona, obtained by your One Medical start date

This is a full- time role based in Phoenix, Arizona.
