Job summary

AMN Healthcare is recruiting a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a 100% outpatient primary care team in Alamogordo, NM. You will work an 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule, with no nights or weekends, and enjoy a strong emphasis on continuity of care for veteran patients.

The role emphasizes independent practice with a dedicated patient panel, supported by a team-based PACT model including RN, LVN/LPN, MA, and admin staff.

Qualifications

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years outpatient primary care experience.
• Strong background in chronic disease management.
• Military, VA, or veteran care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care in a VA clinic setting.
• Manage chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia.
• Maintain a patient panel and continuity of care in collaboration with a team.
