Job summary

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is seeking an experienced Adult Nurse Practitioner in Phoenix, AZ to join a value-based care clinic. The NP will see patients age 14 and up in an outpatient setting, balancing well visits with acute care and maintaining an average panel of around 16 patients per day.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage your own patient panel with a wide range of needs including acute, chronic, and preventive care
• Treat patients in-office and in testing centers; telehealth when appropriate
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning opportunities
• Collaborate daily with in-office teammates through huddles and coordinated care discussions
• Perform in-office procedures as appropriate

Position Details

What You'll Be Working On
