Job summary

One Medical, based in Portland, OR, is seeking an Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to manage a diverse patient panel across acute, chronic, and well visits. The role includes in-office and testing center care, with occasional tele-health visits.

You will participate in Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-person and virtual teams, utilizing your training to perform in-office procedures and pursue licensure expansion as needed.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages, OR 1 year with a 1-year fellowship or 1+ year urgent care experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting tele-health visits.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities for ongoing learning.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams via daily huddles.
• Utilizing your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
