Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join an established, growth-oriented practice in the Darby area. You will provide holistic primary care across ages, support access initiatives, and collaborate with a strong referral network within the system.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner license from an accredited institution.
• Eligible for Pennsylvania medical license.
• Current DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Current BLS certification.

• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan.
• Assist with acute and chronic diagnosis and management of conditions.
