Job summary

Integrated Health is seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The NP will provide comprehensive care, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions, with emphasis on patient education and prevention.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing, be licensed as an NP in Delaware and Maryland, and be certified as a PCP NP (AANP/ANCC). Minimum 1 year of primary care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Delaware and Maryland.
  • Certification as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (e.g., AANP, ANCC).
  • Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in primary care or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including histories and physical exams.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and other treatments in accordance with regulations.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests (lab, imaging).
  • Provide patient education on preventive care and lifestyle changes.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
