• Primary Care Nurse Practitioners seeing patients in dialysis clinics. (5-7)
• Managing patients with complex chronic illness
• Primary care provider for patients with kidney failure
• Telehealth can be utilized when clinics are geographically spread out, but they mainly want in person, face to face visits

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner A value-based company in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area is looking for Primacy Care Nurse Practitioner to join their team.

• Arrives around 7:00 AM
• Leaves around 3:00/4:00 PM
• Completes charting from home afterward

• Nephrology (not required)

Compensation

Base Salary $140,000-150K plus bonus potential plus benefits
