Job summary

Brown University Health in Providence, RI seeks a registered nurse with Rhode Island APRN license to provide high quality nursing and medical services in primary care. Qualifications

• Licensed as RN in Rhode Island or per Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current Rhode Island Advanced Practitioner license and National Board Certification.
• At least 2 years of primary care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate sick, urgent care, transitional care and primary care patients
• Perform annual physical exams as needed
• Educate patients on maintaining proper health
• Evaluate, make recommendations, co-manage and treat patients' medical needs
• Participate in an interdisciplinary team providing care and coordination of our patients, ensuring the highest level of care
