The ideal candidate holds an active NP/PA license, TX license in good standing, and at least 6 months of LTC experience. You will assess patients, manage care plans, and coordinate with facility staff to ensure high-quality

• Perform physical exams and medical history assessments.
• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute health conditions.

• Passion for elder care and person-centered healthcare
• Prolonged standing/walking. Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. Computer work. Lifting/moving patients. Prolonged sitting.
