• Active, unrestricted NYS RN license and DEA registration.
• Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Open to experienced (2+ years) and newly trained providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care in collaboration with internal teams.
• Conduct physical exams and document patient history.
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests.

Requirements
