Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant to provide on-site care in long-term care settings. This part-time role (3 days per week) emphasizes meaningful patient relationships and collaborative care within a multidisciplinary team.

You will perform exams, diagnose and manage conditions, order tests, develop care plans, and educate residents and families while upholding a compassionate, resident-centered approach. Massachusetts licensure required.

Qualifications

• Active NP/PA/Physician license in good standing.
• Massachusetts state license required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Perform physical exams and review medical history.
• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Prescribe medications and monitor effectiveness.

Requirements
