Job summary

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services including wellness visits and chronic disease management.

  • Order and interpret diagnostic testing.
  • Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with Maine regulations.
  • Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and specialists to coordinate care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR.
