Privia Health is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our primary care practice in Bloomfield, CT. This position offers a stable, full-time schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with no evenings or weekends.

The role focuses on comprehensive chronic disease management and acute care for adults and geriatrics, within a reputable multi-location network. We provide a competitive base salary and full benefits including PTO, CME allowance, health insurance, malpractice

We are currently looking for a nurse practitioneror physician assistant to join our primary care practice in Bloomfield, CT. This is an opportunity to join a highly reputable practice, comprising ~50 providers across 19 office locations, that has been providing care to patients across the Hartford area for 20+ years.

Scope of Practice

• Full Scope Clinical Variety: Full scope of chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, lipid disorders) and acute primary care needs for adult and geriatric patients (ages 18+).
• Manageable Work Load: Focused heavily on quality, we allow for a highly manageable patient volume to emphasize building patient relationships and providing quality care.
• Schedule Stability: Enjoy a consistent full-time schedule including 4-5 days/week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with no evenings or weekends required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of primary care experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
