The role offers a Three-year guaranteed salary with incentive compensation, base $130,000–$165,000 annually, comprehensive health benefits, retirement plans, CME allowance, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Active WA State licensure or ability to obtain
• DEA registration and prescriptive authority in WA or ability to obtain
• ACLS certification
• Clinical experience in primary care or urgent care preferred
• Effective interdisciplinary communication and patient education skills

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute illnesses and injuries
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma/COPD, including ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and prescribing medications
• Perform preventive care services, including well-child and annual wellness exams, screenings, and immunizations with patient education on healthy lifestyle choices
• Perform office procedures within scope of practice, such as joint injections, skin biopsies, and laceration repair
• Coordinate referrals, transitions of care, and community resources in collaboration with specialists, behavioral health, and clinic care team members
• Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation and meet coding, billing, and quality reporting requirements; participate in quality improvement initiatives

Compensation Highlights:

• Three-year guaranteed salary plus incentive compensation based on productivity.
• Compensation is based on MGMA and determined by skills and experience. Annual base compensation range of $130,000 - $165,000.
