CHRISTUS St. Vincent in Santa Fe, NM seeks a full-time nurse practitioner to provide outpatient primary care, including prenatal and some acute visits, within a collaborative clinician group.

The NP will obtain medical histories, perform examinations, order labs and imaging as needed, establish diagnoses, and implement treatment plans which may include prescribing medications, while supporting follow-up and ER/hospital transitions.

Formación

• NP-certified with 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Active/state medical license required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outpatient primary care including prenatal and select acute visits.
• Perform comprehensive histories and physical exams.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging as appropriate.
• Establish diagnoses and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications.
• Support follow-up care and coordinate transition from ER/hospital to outpatient settings.
