CHRISTUS St. Vincent in Santa Fe seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive adult and family care in an outpatient setting. The role focuses on patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, diagnostic testing, prescribing medications, and preventive care.

Flexible scheduling supports 8-hour or four 10-hour shifts. Outpatient-only practice with family medicine call limited to telephone coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate NP program accreditation and licensure requirements.
• NM NP license current or eligible.
• National certification required.
• DEA registration current or obtainable.

Nurse Practitioner - Adult & Family Care Clinic, Santa Fe

Position Summary

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and family medicine patients in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, establishing diagnoses, developing treatment plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications as appropriate, and promoting preventive health and wellness.

Practice Highlights

• Flexible schedule:
  • Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, or
  • Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Outpatient-only practice
• Family medicine call rotation limited to telephone coverage
• Average patient volume of approximately 16-18 patients per day
• Collaborative and supportive clinical team

• Current or eligible New Mexico NP license
• National certification required

• Two or more years of primary care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
