Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Maine seeks a highly skilled Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient team. You will provide comprehensive, evidence-based care across the lifespan in a collaborative health system with strong clinical resources.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Board certified (FNP or ANP).
• Active or eligible for Maine NP licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide full-scope primary care across the lifespan.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform preventive care and health screenings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients on wellness and disease management.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR.
