Qualifications

• Must be board eligible or board-certified NP or PA with current license to practice in PA or NJ
• Active licensure in the state(s) of Pennsylvania or New Jersey as determined by job location
• Strong patient communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, counsel, and educate patients and families
• Select and interpret diagnostic tests and results
• Develop and implement patient management plans
• Coordinate care with other health professionals and facilities
• Provide virtual care as needed and maintain accurate medical records
• Participate in teaching and mentoring of students and residents
