Marathon Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Indianapolis, IN to deliver relationship-based primary care with a focus on prevention, wellness and chronic disease management. You will work with support tools like UpToDate and have 20–60 minute patient encounters to foster meaningful outcomes for patients and providers.

The position offers non-production-based compensation and comprehensive benefits, including CME, medical license support, DEA and malpractice coverage,

Qualifications

• Active license & board certification required for NP/PA.
• DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide prevention and wellness care along with chronic disease management.
• Establish strong patient relationships with wholistic care at top of license.
• Deliver care autonomously within a team and value-based model.
