Job summary

One Medical in San Francisco, CA seeks a per diem, hourly clinician (NP or PA) to care for patients across acute, chronic, and well visits. You will treat patients in-office and via tele-health, collaborating with in-office and virtual teams. Opportunity to perform procedures and pursue multi-state licensure.

The role is part-time per diem with 8–23 patient care hours per week, compensation around market rates, and comprehensive benefits for regular team members working 24+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting with a 1-year fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.
• State licensed in CA, obtained by your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Seeing patients with a broad array of needs; mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office and via tele-health visits.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilization of your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
