Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as APRN or PA in the relevant state ( Massachusetts preferred ).
• Experience in outpatient adult medicine is a plus.
• Proficiency with Epic EMR or similar systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to adults in a team-based setting.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Utilize Epic EMR to document visits, orders, and follow-up plans.
