Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years practicing as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care.
• Or 1 year in outpatient primary care with 1 year in a fellowship or urgent care setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with varied patient needs.
• Conduct in-office, testing center, and tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds.
