Job summary

Penn Medicine is opening its first Wilmington location in late summer 2027 and seeks an experienced primary care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our ambulatory team. The practice will serve adults 18 and older in a multi-specialty facility with full Epic EMR support, enabling excellent patient care and seamless collaboration across disciplines.

Ideal candidates hold active DE/PA NP/PA licenses, ANCC certification, and graduate from an accredited PA program, with a preference

Qualifications

• Valid Delaware and Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license.
• Certificate of Prescriptive Authority in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
• ANCC or other qualifying specialty certification.
• Valid Delaware and Pennsylvania RN licensure.
• Minimum one-year NP experience preferred.
• Minimum one-year PA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to adults 18+ in ambulatory setting.
• Collaborate with a four-provider team to coordinate care.
• Utilize the Epic EMR system for patient documentation and scheduling.
• Participate in onboarding and EMR training to support seamless care.
