Job summary

MultiCare Rockwood Clinic is seeking a clinician (ARNP/PA) to provide comprehensive primary care within a multidisciplinary team. Emphasis on prevention, chronic disease management and health promotion for diverse populations.

The role requires collaboration with physicians, RNs, pharmacists and social workers to optimize community health. Licensure, DEA and BLS are required, with potential leadership opportunities within Rockwood Clinic.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• DEA and state prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of two years' experience as a primary care provider preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care across the lifespan including assessments, diagnoses and treatment.
• Timely and accurate documentation of encounters and care.
• Participates in multidisciplinary meetings and care planning.
• Coordinates care with the delivery team and supports transitions of care.
• Engages in population health management and quality improvement.
