QuadMed in Peru, IN is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our North Central and East Central Consortium clinic. This outpatient role focuses on preventative care and empowering patients to engage in their own health.

Qualifications

• Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience.
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• NPI & DEA; Current National Board Certification.
• May be required to obtain DOT Medical Examiner Certification depending on responsibilities or location.
