Job summary

Bookmark Medical is seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our primary care team in Brighton, Massachusetts. This is a full-time role offering clinical autonomy with strong support, technology, and resources to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in NP/PA program.
• Massachusetts licensure as NP/PA is required.
• National board certification (ANCC/AANP for NPs or NCCPA for PAs) is required.
• Experience in outpatient primary care or family medicine is preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical technology is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across ages.
• Perform histories, physicals, health assessments, and diagnostics.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications per MA law.
• Provide preventive care, counseling, and wellness guidance.
• Perform office-based procedures as appropriate.
• Monitor patients and adjust plans based on response.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up with care team.
• Utilize telehealth when appropriate.
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation.
