Optum Washington is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Soper Hill Primary Care team in Marysville, WA. This outpatient, full-time role offers 36 patient contact hours over four days, with a focus on building longitudinal patient relationships and a collaborative, pod-based care model.

You will manage a patient panel of adults including Medicare Advantage patients, with 18–22 daily visits and 30-minute appointments.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Washington license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start.
• One or more years of provider experience.
• Experience managing an ambulatory patient panel (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Outpatient only Primary Care role.
• Full-time schedule includes 36 patient contact hours across a 4-day workweek.
• Manage your own patient panel and develop meaningful longitudinal patient relationships.
• Average of 18-22 patients per day with 30-minute appointments.
• Collaborative pod-based care model with physicians, APCs, nurses, and MAs.
• Dedicated 1:1 MA support, RN triage team, and Resource Pharmacists.
• EPIC EMR with integrated AI documentation tools.
• Opportunity to focus on Family Medicine or Internal Medicine patient populations.
