Job summary

Optum Washington, (formerly The Everett Clinic) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Soper Hill Primary Care team in Marysville, WA. The role focuses on outpatient primary care with a 4-day workweek and 36 patient contact hours.

You will manage your own patient panel with 18-22 patients per day, collaborate with a 1:1 MA model, and work in a supportive team using EPIC EMR with AI tools to enhance care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required.
• Washington license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start.
• One or more years of provider experience.
• Experience managing an ambulatory patient panel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient primary care duties.
• 36 patient contact hours over a 4-day workweek.
• Manage own patient panel with longitudinal relationships.
• Average 18-22 patients per day with 30-minute appointments.
• Collaborate with a pod-based care team and support staff.
