Jackson Physician Search is assisting a long-standing private practice near Santa Fe, NM, in recruiting a full-time FNP or PA to join their outpatient Primary Care team alongside 6 physicians and 7 APPs. A 4-day work week option is available (Mon-Thurs or Tue-Fri) with an average patient load of 14-16 per day.

The compensation package includes a base salary of $150-170K based on experience, full benefits, retirement plan, CME, PTO, and a $10K sign-on/relocation.

Qualificações

• Full-time FNP or PA joining a private practice team.
• 4-day work week option: Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri.
• Avg patient load 14-16 per day.

Responsabilidades

• Work alongside 6 physicians and 7 APPs in an outpatient Primary Care setting.
