Jackson Physician Search seeks a Family Medicine Physician for a well-established private practice in New Mexico. The role offers a 4-day work week with low patient volumes, allowing time to focus on patient relationships.

Compensation includes a base salary of $300K with a partnership option after 1 year, plus a $50K sign-on/relocation package, full benefits, 401K with match, PTO and CME. Up to $300K total student loan repayment is available.

Qualifications

• 4-day work week (Mon-Thurs or Tue-Fri).
• Low daily patient volumes of 14-16 per day.
• Base salary of $300K with a Partnership option after 1 year.
• Sign-on/Relocation of $50K, full benefits, 401K with match, PTO, and CME.
• Student loan repayment of $75K per year; up to $300K total.

Responsabilités

• 4-day work week schedule (Mon-Thurs or Tue-Fri).
• Be part of a group of 6 Physicians and 6 APPs in a long-standing private practice.
• Build relationships with patients and provide quality care in a low-volume setting.
