Qualifications

• APRN with MSN and current APRN license/certification.
• Experience providing primary care in outpatient settings preferred.
• Ability to perform comprehensive histories, exams, and care plans.

Responsabilités

• Obtains full and accurate patient histories and performs physical examinations
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests and screening
• Formulates diagnoses and plans of care
• Completes and signs documentation promptly
• Collaborates with physicians and health professionals as needed
• Prescribes or recommends medications and other therapies
• Directs referrals to specialists when necessary
• Maintains EMR documentation and intra-office communication
• Provides age-appropriate care across the lifespan
