Job summary

Kinwell Health invites a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our Federal Way clinic. You will manage a diverse patient panel, deliver preventive and acute care, and work with a collaborative team of physicians, specialists, and nurses.

The ideal candidate is licensed in Washington or eligible, holds an NP master’s degree with national certification, and has DEA/NPI/prescriptive authority. Epic EMR proficiency is preferred and ongoing learning is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for Washington license by hire date.
• Master's level NP program with national certification.
• DEA, NPI, prescriptive authority in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage a panel of patients in a full-spectrum primary care clinic.
• Provide counseling on health maintenance, disease prevention, and follow-up.
• Perform minor outpatient procedures per credentialing policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, pharmacists, and nurses to coordinate care.
• Support after-hours care as part of on-call program.
