Job summary
Open Door Community Health Centers in McKinleyville, CA, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Primary Care team at the McKinleyville CHC. The provider will assess patients, perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and manage ongoing care within a collaborative, team-based model.
Qualifications include an accredited NP/PA program, CA license (or eligibility), DEA, and CPR/BLS certification.
Qualifications
- Diploma from an accredited program with credentialing through the American Nurses Association or Physician Assistant Association.
- Current, unrestricted California license (or eligible)
- Current DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification
Responsibilities
- Assesses and evaluates the health care needs of patients and performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Institutes and manages care for patients and performs related work as assigned.
