Open Door Community Health Centers is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our integrated care team at McKinleyville CHC, located in McKinleyville, California.

This role provides comprehensive, patient‑centered outpatient care in a rural Federally Qualified Health Center setting.

Qualifications

• MD degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program.
• Current, unrestricted California physician and surgeon license.
• Current DEA registration.
• Board certification (or board-eligible) in the specialty of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid California driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
