Hilltop Primary Care in Kentucky seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in Pike County. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered primary care, building meaningful patient relationships, and collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

The NP will assess patients, manage preventive care, and develop individualized treatment plans while maintaining thorough documentation and adherence to best practices.

Qualificações

• Active and unrestricted Kentucky APRN license.
• Current national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
• Primary care, family medicine, or related clinical experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical‑thinking skills.
• A genuine commitment to patient advocacy and compassionate care.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and preventive health screenings
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and treatments within the scope of practice
• Educate patients and their families about disease prevention, treatment options, and long‑term health management
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Conhecimentos

Active Kentucky APRN license

National board certification (N.P.)
