• Practice includes 1 APP, 1 MA and 1 Office Staff

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p
• Average 23 PPD

PatientPopulation: All ages

EMR: NextGen

Credentialing: 20 days

Requirements:

• Board certification
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum1-year Primary Care experience or equivalent

Job Responsibilities (Generalized):
