AMN Healthcare Physician Solutions is seeking a Primary Care Physician in Southeast Missouri. Outpatient-only practice with a Monday–Friday 8–5 schedule; start ASAP.

Serve a broad regional population with strong nursing support and on-site imaging, lab, and diagnostics. Compensation includes a base salary of $350,000 plus RVU, 5 weeks PTO, CME time, up to $420,000 in student loan assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Primary Care Physician

Southeast Missouri

Position Overview

The largest healthcare system between St. Louis and Memphis is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its growing outpatient network in Southeast Missouri.

Position Highlights

• Join either an established rural health clinic or an expanding multi-specialty outpatient practice
• Serving a broad regional patient population
• Existing teams include Primary Care physicians, APPs, Pediatricians, Behavioral Health providers, and multiple subspecialists
• Established specialist outreach services including Cardiology, Orthopedics, Nephrology, Ophthalmology, Psychiatry, and Podiatry
• Outpatient-only practice model
• Average volume of 20-25 patients per day
• 4.5-day work week with dedicated administrative time
• Phone-only call rotation of approximately 1:8
• On-site imaging, laboratory, and diagnostic services
• Strong nursing support with dedicated clinical staff

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $350,000 + RVU
• 5 weeks PTO
• 5 days CME time + $5,000 for CME
