Position Overview

The largest healthcare system between St. Louis and Memphis is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its growing outpatient network in Southeast Missouri. Opportunities are available in both a well-established rural health clinic and a multi-specialty outpatient practice.

Position Highlights

• Join either an established rural health clinic or an expanding multi-specialty outpatient practice
• Profitable and established clinics serving a broad regional patient population
• Existing teams include Primary Care physicians, APPs, Pediatricians, Behavioral Health providers, and multiple subspecialists
• Established specialist outreach services including Cardiology, Orthopedics, Nephrology, Ophthalmology, Psychiatry, and Podiatry
• Outpatient-only practice model
• Average volume of 20-25 patients per day
• 4.5-day work week with dedicated administrative time

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $350,000 + RVU
• 5 weeks PTO
• 5 days CME time + $5,000 for CME
