Pinehurst Medical Clinic (PMC) is hiring a Health Coach (LCSW/LCMHC) to provide individual emotional health counseling in a primary care setting. The role integrates with a broader wellness team and engages with primary care provider groups to support patient-centered care.

The successful candidate will hold an active LCSW or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor license and bring experience in emotional health counseling.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker license or current License for Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor required.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual emotional health counseling to PMC patients in a primary care setting.
• Collaborate with wellness team and primary care providers to support patient care.
• Assist in marketing wellness services and developing patient education materials.
• Complete appointment scheduling and coordinate with clinical staff for follow-up.
