Valley Health is currently seeking a Medical Assistant in Winchester, VA. Under supervision, you will perform MA-specific tasks and educate patients to support high-quality care.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of clinical experience or a MA cert program, and BLS certification prior to orientation. Prior training in specialty-specific assisting is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in a clinical setting or completion of a Medical Assistant certification program required.
• BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart Association Healthcare Provider required prior to orientation.
• Training in specialty-specific assisting desired.
