Mercy’s Primary Care Medical Assistant works with Primary Care Providers to deliver patient-centered care. You will partner with patients and the care team to drive quality outcomes in a collaborative setting.

This role requires a high school diploma and/or MA program completion, with a preference for 1 year of relevant experience and completion of the MA Clinic Academy training. Mercy offers strong benefits and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• One year of applicable patient care experience or applicable medical office experience.
• New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver safe, timely, patient-centered care.
• Partner with patients, providers, and care team to drive quality outcomes.
• Support daily clinic operations and maintain clear written and verbal communication with patients.
