Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; MA Clinic Academy training completed.
• Certification: actively maintains MA certification; caregivers may be CMA if certified.
• Experience: 1 year of outpatient/ambulatory patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work under the primary care operations team to support safe, timely and patient-centered care.
• Partner with patients, providers and care team to drive quality outcomes.
• Follow Mercy Service Standards and mission in day-to-day duties.
