Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide fundamental, knowledge-based nursing care to assigned patients.
• Collaborate with RN/MD to orient/train staff and ensure standard of care.
• Document patient responses to medications and treatments.
• Assist with routine procedures and patient education in the primary care clinic.
