Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a school of practical or vocational nursing approved by the appropriate State agency and/or NLNAC-accredited at time of program completion.
• Licensure: Full, active, current and unrestricted LPN/LVN licensure in the United States.
• English Language Proficiency: Proficient in spoken and written English as required.
• Grandfathering Provision eligibility described in VA Qualification Standard (for current VHA employees).

Responsibilities

• Provide technically proficient, patient-centered nursing care under supervision of an RN or provider.
• Support safe, efficient clinical operations and contribute to high-quality care within the healthcare team.
• Assist with basic nursing duties and participate in the care delivery process according to facility policies.
