Job summary

Mercy is seeking an LPN to support Mercy Primary Care Providers in delivering safe, timely, and patient-centered care. You will collaborate with patients and the care team to drive quality outcomes within our service standards.

The role requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license in the practicing state, with preferred 6 months of primary care experience. Physical tasks include lifting and prolonged standing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Licensed as an LPN in the state of practice.
• Preferred: 6 months clinical healthcare experience in a primary care office.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Self-directed and able to perform tasks within scope of practice independently.
• Position requires lifting up to 50 pounds and regular standing/walking.
