Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Primary Care LPN who works under the primary care operations team to provide safe, timely, and patient-centered care in collaboration with Mercy Primary Care Providers. The LPN will partner with patients and the care team to drive quality outcomes and align with Mercy Service Standards.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and high-quality patient care in a fast-paced primary care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Licensed as an LPN in the state of practice.
• 6 months clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office.
