Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
• Current New York State licensure as an LPN.
• Minimum of 0-1 year of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice per NYS LPN licensure.
• Obtain and document vital signs, prepare exam rooms, and sterilize equipment per protocols.
• Manage clinical phone calls including prescriptions, test results, and patient inquiries.
• Prepare patient records ahead of provider visits to support efficient care delivery.
• Participate in scheduled team meetings to support collaboration and workflow.
