The Middletown CBOC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care and outstanding customer service to veterans. The role emphasizes maintaining a veteran-centered environment and adherence to VA standards.

Responsibilities include clinical duties under supervision, medication administration, and collaboration with the healthcare team to support patient outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site position at the Middletown facility with competitive federal compensation

Qualifications

• US citizenship or applicable VA policy for non-citizens.
• Graduate of practical or vocational nursing approved by state agency.
• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN licensure in U.S. or applicable territory.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned nursing duties within the scope of practice.
• Administer medications and document care per policy.
• Assist with patient care coordination and triage under supervision.
