Mercy is seeking a Primary Care LPN for the Jackson, Missouri site to support a busy primary care team. The PRN role supports providers and the care team to deliver safe, timely, and compassionate patient care in a value-driven setting.

Under the primary care operations direction, you will contribute to quality outcomes and participate in Mercy Service Standards while collaborating with patients and staff across the clinic.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Licensed as an LPN in the state of practice.
• Preferred: 6 months clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office.

Job Profile SummaryUnder the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Care LPN works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Patient Care LPN will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients. Duties and responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
